The enquiry form

One form on this site collects anything: the enquiry form. It asks for your name, email and phone, and optionally what you are trying to work out. We store what you send along with the date, your IP address and the exact wording of the consent you agreed to, because a consent you cannot evidence is not a consent.

We use it to introduce you to a licensed broker. We are paid for that introduction, which is stated at the bottom of every page. We do not sell your details to a list, and there is no newsletter, no account and no sign-in.

Enquiries are deleted after 24 months. You can ask us to delete yours sooner by replying to any message we send you.

The map runs entirely in your browser. Which community you click, which period you choose and which areas you compare are never sent anywhere. They are not stored, not logged and not counted.

What is recorded

We set no advertising cookies and run no advertising trackers. Our host records ordinary web server logs, including IP addresses, in order to serve the site and absorb abuse. We do not combine those with anything else and do not use them to identify anyone.

The basemap is served by OpenFreeMap, so your browser requests map tiles from them directly and they see those requests, as any provider of an image on a page would.

We count visits using Vercel Web Analytics and measure how quickly pages load using Vercel Speed Insights. Both are run by our host, both are cookieless, and neither writes anything to your device or follows you to any other site. They record the page you viewed, roughly where in the world the request came from, and how the page performed. There is no identifier that links one visit of yours to another, and we cannot pick an individual reader out of either.

The data on the map is not about you

Everything shown is aggregate: medians and counts across whole communities, computed from the Dubai Land Department's published transaction register. No buyer, seller or owner is named anywhere on this site, and no individual property is identified.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you may ask what is held about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. If you have never sent an enquiry, there is nothing of yours here to return: the visitor counts above carry no identifier that could be traced back to you.

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it.
